1. 7 天冷靜期退款 — 7-Day Cooling-Off Period

首次升級為付費方案後,7 個自然日內可申請全額退款。退款金額將依原付款方式返還,信用卡退款通常需 5-10 個工作天,ATM 轉帳退款需 3-5 個工作天。

If you upgrade to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment. Refunds are returned via the original payment method: credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days; ATM transfer refunds take 3-5 business days.

2. 月費退款 — Monthly Billing

Hayabusa 採月付制。超過 7 天冷靜期後,當月費用不予退款。您可隨時取消訂閱,取消後服務延續至當月結束。

Hayabusa bills monthly. After the 7-day period, the current month's fee is non-refundable. You may cancel anytime; service continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. 服務中斷補償 — Service Outage Credits

若因本公司過失導致服務中斷超過 24 小時,我們將主動提供按比例的服務時間延長,無需申請。

If a service outage caused by our infrastructure exceeds 24 hours in a billing month, we will proactively credit your account with a proportional extension — no need to request it.
