1. 我們蒐集哪些資料 — What We Collect

我們蒐集以下資料以提供服務：

• 帳戶資料：店家名稱、電子郵件、電話（申請時填寫）
• 菜單內容：您上傳的菜品名稱、描述、圖片
• 使用統計：每個 QR code 的掃描次數、掃描時的語言設定（不記錄使用者身份）
• 付款資料：由 NewebPay 直接處理，本公司不儲存完整卡號

We collect: account information (business name, email, phone), menu content you upload, anonymous scan statistics (count and browser language — no personal identification of scanners), and payment metadata processed by NewebPay.

2. 資料用途 — How We Use Your Data

• 提供、維護、改善 Hayabusa 服務
• 發送帳單通知與服務公告
• 防止詐欺與濫用
• 匯總統計（例如：整體掃描次數趨勢）

We use your data to: operate the service, send billing and service notifications, prevent abuse, and generate aggregate (anonymized) usage statistics. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. 資料分享 — Data Sharing

本公司不會販售您的個人資料。我們僅在以下情況分享資料：

• NewebPay 藍新金流（付款處理）
• Cloudflare（靜態網頁託管）
• 法律要求時（例如主管機關要求）

We do not sell your data. We share data only with: NewebPay (payment processing), Cloudflare (hosting infrastructure), and when legally required by Taiwanese authorities.

4. 資料保存 — Retention

帳戶有效期間保存所有資料。帳戶刪除後 30 天內刪除個人資料，匯總統計資料可能保留更長時間。

We retain your data while your account is active. Upon deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized statistics may be retained indefinitely.

5. 您的權利 — Your Rights

依中華民國個人資料保護法，您有權：查閱、更正、刪除您的個人資料。請以電子郵件聯絡我們行使上述權利。

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to: access, correct, and delete your personal data. Contact us by email to exercise these rights.

6. Cookies

本服務網站不使用追蹤 cookie。Cloudflare 可能設定技術性 cookie 以維持連線效能。掃描 QR 的訪客不會被設定任何識別 cookie。

Our website does not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set technical session cookies for network performance. Visitors who scan QR codes are not tracked with cookies.
